Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most

Short answers, no padding.

Can bookings be made through this site?
No. 1001 Escortadressen is not an agency and has no roster. The site explains how the market works and points to an existing agency.
Do the people in the example profiles exist?
No. They are examples showing what an agency lists. None of them can be booked.
What does two hours cost?
In this segment roughly 500 to 650 euro, averaging around 540 euro, VAT included. Travel costs are separate.
Why do rates differ per person?
Availability, experience and how often somebody is asked for. A higher rate says nothing about how the appointment goes.
Is there a surcharge for couples?
With some providers, yes. Not at The Men's Company, so the amount for a couple equals a single booking plus travel.
How are travel costs calculated?
By the distance between the home city in the profile and the place of the appointment. Choosing within the same region saves the most.
How far ahead should a request be made?
A few days usually works on weekdays. Weekends fill up weeks ahead, and outside the Randstad the margin is smaller.
Is anonymous contact possible?
Yes. Calling from a withheld number should be possible, as should writing from an address that leads nowhere.
Does the companion receive the contact details?
Not through an agency, only place and time. On an advertising site the details do go straight to the provider.
How does payment work?
Split: an advance to the agency, which secures the booking, and the remainder in cash at the start of the appointment.
Can an appointment be extended?
Usually yes, in consultation with the agency and depending on the diary, at the applicable rate.
Is unprotected work available?
No. Safe sex only applies without exception in this segment, with periodic medical checks.
Is this legal?
Sex work is legal and regulated in the Netherlands. Brokerage falls under municipal rules. Belgium applies different rules.
How is an unreliable provider recognised?
No company details, no rate, no home city, photographs that appear elsewhere, and pressure to pay in advance without confirmation.
